Jodi's Tip and Tricks for Party Looks

If there’s one thing that that we’ve learned since relaunch, it’s that our Creative Director, Jodi Arnold, has her finger on the pulse of what’s cool. Faux leather culottes in plus sizes? C'mon!

With the holiday season in full swing, we had to know Jodi’s tips & tricks for perfect party looks and her favorite things about the season. Check out our Q&A with her below!

ELOQUII: What are your favorite things to see & do in NYC during the holiday season?

Jodi: If I don’t make it back to Birmingham I usually go to a girlfriends house in my neighborhood who cooks a delicious meal and then her husband sets up the turntables and we turn down the lights and dance our dinner off.

E: Do you have a favorite holiday recipe? If so, share!

J: I’m not much of a cook but when I go home my mom makes a frozen salad that I have loved all of my life. My grandmother used to make it. Sounds gross but it’s lime jello, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and pineapple. It’s from the 1970s congealed salad days.

ELOQUII: What’s your go-to holiday party styling tip?

J: Don’t go out in uncomfortable shoes! You will regret it.

And now for the style lightning round!
