Earlier this week, we told you about old man winter ruining all our fun (unfortunately delaying order shipments and returns processing at our warehouse). As promised, we have updates to share, straight from our CEO Mariah Chase. Please see her letter below:

ELOQUII customers and fans,

Earlier this week, we told you about a weather-related disruption in the warehouse where our inventory is stored. Unfortunately a portion of our inventory may have been compromised. Rest assured, this is a temporary issue and we’re working 24/7 to resolve things as quickly as possible!

We know how disappointing it can be to order something and then have that order canceled so for that reason, here’s what we’re doing:

- For unaffected inventory, we encourage you to shop as usual and we believe we should be able to start shipping these orders around the end of next week. (We’ll keep our blog updated with the latest on ship dates.)  On these orders all shipping will be FREE - it’s the least we can do. If we can also expedite these shipments to you, we absolutely will, at our cost.

- For inventory we believe is at risk, we’ve set these items up on waitlist and we encourage you to use it! It’s an awesome indicator for us of what you love and it’s no commitment on your part. We’ll email you if and when that style/size becomes available. You will have the option of purchasing it then and will not be charged beforehand.

Meanwhile, keep the faith as new arrivals are still on their way as planned and will be available over the coming weeks (see a sneak peek below!).

We appreciate your support while we get up to speed and please forgive us if our site looks a little funky over the next few days.  Again, we’re working constantly to get as much as possible back in stock, so please keep checking back often!

And just when we thought winter weather was over, March roared in like a lion. The (official) jury’s out but apparently, heavy snow on the roof of our warehouse is causing a service disruption shipping orders and processing returns. We’re working around the clock to get back up & running and we will keep this post updated with current information.

At this time we hope to begin shipping your orders as early as Wednesday in the order they were received - and will hopefully start processing returns then as well. In the meantime, we’ve suspended overnight and second day shipping while we get caught up.
